Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid training programs offered by Princeton Medical Systems (“PMS”), including the Medical Imaging AI Bootcamp. Programs are sold by Princeton Medical Systems.

1. Participant Cancellation

Participants may cancel their enrollment and receive a full refund of the amount paid, including all GST charged on the enrollment, provided Princeton Medical Systems (PMS) receives the cancellation request at least two (2) business days before the first session of the bootcamp.

For the Medical Imaging AI Bootcamp cohort of 23–26 October 2026 (Fri–Mon), the deadline is 7:00 PM IST on Wednesday, 21 October 2026. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Tamil Nadu, India.

Refund eligibility will be determined by the date and time PMS receives the cancellation request, not when PMS acknowledges it. PMS will acknowledge cancellation requests through the participant’s registered email address or another designated communication channel.

Cancellation requests received less than two (2) business days before the first session are not eligible for a refund. Non-attendance does not entitle a participant to a refund.

2. Cancellation or Rescheduling by PMS

If PMS cancels the bootcamp, all enrolled participants will receive a full refund of the amount paid, including all GST charged on the enrollment.

If PMS reschedules the bootcamp, participants may choose either:

• A full refund of the amount paid, including all GST charged on the enrollment; or
• Attendance at the rescheduled bootcamp.

Participants who wish to receive a refund following a rescheduling must notify PMS within three (3) calendar days of receiving the rescheduling notification. PMS will communicate the revised schedule and the process for requesting a refund. Participants who choose to attend the rescheduled bootcamp will retain their enrollment. Participants who do not request a refund within this period will remain enrolled in the rescheduled bootcamp.

3. Other Refunds

Payments that cannot be allocated, and duplicate payments. If a payment is received after the bootcamp has become full, or the same registration is paid more than once, PMS will refund the unallocated or duplicate payment in full, without deducting payment-processing charges.

Material changes to the bootcamp. If PMS makes a change that materially reduces the bootcamp as advertised, PMS will notify enrolled participants. A participant may then withdraw and receive a full refund of the amount paid, including all GST, if the bootcamp has not yet started; or, if it has started, receive a refund for the live sessions not yet delivered.

Removal for misconduct. If PMS removes a participant under its Terms of Service, PMS will refund the fee actually paid, divided by the advertised number of live sessions, multiplied by the number of sessions not yet delivered.

Refunds under this section follow the timelines in Section 4, counted from when PMS confirms the refund is due.

4. Refund Processing

Eligible refunds will be initiated within five (5) business days after the refund request is confirmed as eligible.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method wherever supported by the payment provider. Once initiated, refunds are generally expected to reach the participant’s account within five (5) to seven (7) business days, depending on the payment provider and the participant’s financial institution.

5. Cancellation and Refund Requests

Participants must submit cancellation and refund requests through the contact details or communication channel designated by PMS for the bootcamp. Requests should include the participant’s registered name, email address, and payment or registration reference to facilitate processing.

6. Effective Date

This policy applies from the date of each participant’s enrollment. The policy in effect on the enrollment date governs that enrollment.
