Purpose: Extract image data from DICOM files and export as standard JPEG images.
DICOM files are not viewable in standard image applications. This tool extracts the pixel data, applies appropriate windowing and level adjustments, and exports clean JPEG images. Supports single-frame and multi-frame DICOM files, with configurable window/level presets for different tissue types.
